Hiring English Teacher's Supervisor in Tehran

Requirements

• At least three-year experience of supervising 30 teachers and 150 classes per month
• English teaching experiences (professional kid teachers are in priority)
• Familiar with teaching techniques
• Familiar with creating teaching materials like syllables or videos
• Familiar with family and friend, first friend, American English file books
• Experienced in training teachers
• Capable of supporting and leading teachers
• Capable of observing teachers and their classes
• Interested in working with kids
• Interested in working with international coworkers and students
• Capable of adapting to international work spaces
• Familiar with online platforms
• Familiar with online teaching methods
• Familiar with professional reporting systems
• Capable of managing people in their groups

Job description

• Manage 50 teachers and 100 students in their group (training, supporting, observing)
• Manage full time staff in their group such as supervisor assistant
• Observe demos and classes and report to the manager
• Pursuing teachers, students and their needs
• Support teachers for their demos, classes, reporting, etc.
• Give practical feedbacks to teachers
• give solution to teachers and manage their challenges
• Create teaching materials
• Work with other supervisors in the group
• Report to manager
