Requirements

3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
Familiarity with WordPress and its plugin ecosystem.
Proficiency with web service testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and Postman Test Runner.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios based on software requirements and specifications.
Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for QA processes, test plans, and test results.
Continuously evaluate and improve QA workflows, identifying gaps and proposing optimized solutions.
Troubleshoot quality issues and adjust test procedures as necessary to ensure product reliability.
