Job Description

• Monitoring the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
• Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports
• Cooperation Financial team for keeping records updated
• Generating, preparing, and editing documents as needed
• Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports, and correspondences in a professional way
• Filing, archiving, and documentation
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Executing the tasks allocated by the supervisor
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
