Job Description

• Design & develop new commercial products according to market requirements and company strategies.

Roles & responsibilities

• Market research and analysis for developing new commercial products according to tourism business opportunities.
• Monitor and assess the products, collaborate constantly with customers and stakeholders and have proper vision of the problems & opportunities, we need to cover via commercial products.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Analysis of product profitability trends, assess the business metrics & KPIs and provide solutions to make sure product and adopted.
• Lead to collaboration with tech, design, marketing and financial teams to upgrade products and deliver promised road map.

• Proven experience in business, development management or similar roles, working in tourism companies and development teams.
• Marketing skills.
• Proven ability to develop commercial products and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Ability to lead to team (leadership skill) and skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Awesome verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem- solving skills, action-oriented and process management.
• MSc degree in Engineering, management or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in English language.
