At least 2 years experience in similar position
having Bachelor's degree in Law
Age: 25 to 35 years old
Language: English-Upper Intermediate
Providing legal advice to senior managers
Providing legal advice and consultation on contracts
Drafting contracts pertaining to various issues as per the request of user departments
Assisting head of department in designing the legal aspect of contracts and implementing and supervising such aspects
Negotiating on relevant contracts with the team on behalf of the company and resolve potential disputes with contractors
Assisting the company's attorneys in a variety of legal issues including drafting memos, legal analysis, drafting contracts and documents, assisting and attending court and arbitration cases
Following up and conducting tasks related to company registration and all relevant changes
