Requirements

• Bachelor of Business, Management, or Commerce
• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
• Microsoft Excel Advanced
• Microsoft Word Advanced
• Power BI Intermediate
• Formulation of operational plans, coordinated with the company's strategies and policies at the beginning of the year, during separate meetings with all relevant managements and experts
• Communicating goals and plans for the year to management
• Obtaining information on the performance of operational plans on a monthly basis from all different parts of the organization
• Collecting office performance information and recording in the main tables and providing monthly performance reports
• Preparation of quarterly reports on the performance of programs in an aggregated manner and performance evaluation and preparation of reports
• Obtaining information from all offices to complete and compile a cooperation statement to redesign the main processes and support the company
• Cooperation to develop performance indicators of the process
