Job Description

• Answer the incoming calls of customers specifically and politely according to the related scenarios.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicate with customers through various channels like telephone and email.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Keep records of customer comments and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues (Sales and purchasing) as necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Report to marketing manager.
